i orderd a bicycle from them it was suppose to come in 6 days but i havce it in the 3rd day everything was perfect i love the website

Ordered a bike to find out was charged £479 instead of the reduced £439 Contacted them to cancel order or refund the difference and looking at tracking only label had been made and the bike had not been picked by ups
After many messages got a reply saying nothing could be done
Very disappointed and now delivery of the will not be accepted

Item arrived within 1 week as expected, but the jersey design was very badly out of position. Looked like it was made for someone with arms growing from their back & chest. Absolutely no quality control.
The inner bag did not look original, instead a plain clear cellophane wrapper... I wonder how many others had returned the same item before it came my way, or who it might go to next?

I ordered from a .co.uk website so assumed was a UK company which it is not.
Told 2 days delivery but its Not even in the country after 5 days.

When you order a bike from Bikester, remember to take a picture under the bike to save the serial number! Bikester do not save serial numbers in their system and they do not write the serial number on the receipt. Therefore the receipt will become totally useless in a potentially insurance case. And they do not informate about this when you buy the bike!
They appear to be a danish company, but that is not the case at all!

They make it as hard as possible to get problems with orders solved, demanding photographs of everything. It's almost like they do it to avoid solving problems.

Thankfully, at least on this occasion, my review does not fall under that unpleasant negative pattern that we can see below. However, for me It was the first time I used Bikester, they came up in a search whilst looking for Shimano shoe wear, which seem to be one of the least companies carrying their full range. Although there was a delay, on this occasion I can acknowledge that Royal Mail is the cause for untimely delivery these days. Therefore, It was a straightforward and smooth transaction. Although the significant amount of negative feedback makes one skeptic, I have saved the website in “My Favourites” as I’ve noticed a few more items which are also priced competitively.

Free returns stated on website is inaccurate, have had back and forth for weeks attempting to get a return label or, a QR code to be able to print in store and can’t/won’t do anything more than email a return label that should have been included in the package- very misleading and can’t understand why they refuse to print & post as I’m expected to, or offer any alternatives. Amazon is the ‘standard’ experience for postal returns and will stick with them from now on!

I would like to be able to speak to a human being rather than send messages that do not get replied to. I have paid for a bike and still, after 4 weeks, do not have ita and do not know when I am likely to get it. Its not good enough that they take your money but not being updated is very poor customer service.

Items took seven days from order to delivery, which I expected because they needed to come through customs. Everything well packaged, easy to track, and the prices were excellent. A very smooth process. Would buy from these guys again without hesitation.
